Mr. Glick is the founder and Managing Principal of Incubation Capital Partners, a merchant bank and capital raising firm specializing in next generation and entrepreneurial real estate investment managers. Mr. Glick is responsible for strategic direction, manager underwriting and selection, capital markets and investor relationships for the firm. Mr. Glick has spent his real estate career focused on underwriting operating partners as both a principal and advisor and has developed an extensive network of relationships with both LPs and GPs across the globe.
Prior to forming Incucap in 2011, Mr. Glick was a capital raising executive at Allegro Advisors, where he evaluated and marketed real estate investment managers globally. Prior to joining Allegro, Mr. Glick was an investment officer at Rothschild Realty Managers (now Almanac Realty), a private equity fund that provides growth capital to real estate operating companies. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers, covering financial institutions.
In addition, Mr. Glick is the founder of the Chicago Real Estate Private Equity Network (CREPE), a networking organization catering exclusively to the next generation of real estate private equity professionals in Chicago. Furthermore, Mr. Glick is an industry mentor to Elmspring, a Chicago-based accelerator for early stage real estate technology startups, and is also a frequent guest lecturer at both industry conferences and at Kellogg.
Mr. Glick received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA with distinction from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ryan Robinette - Principal
Mr. Robinette joined Incubation Capital Partners in 2018, and focuses on project management, manager underwriting and selection, business development, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Incucap, Mr. Robinette was a Vice President at Alignium, LLC (F.K.A. RVK, Real Estate Consulting Group), where he focused on business development, manager due diligence, co-investments, and client servicing. Prior to Alignium, Mr. Robinette previously served as Assistant Vice President at BB&T Real Estate Funding, a middle-market, first mortgage bridge lender, where he was involved in approximately $750 million of originations on a national basis across major and niche property types.
Mr. Robinette earned a BS in International Business from The University of Akron in 2004, and an MBA in Finance / Real Estate from The University of Alabama in 2008. In addition, Mr. Robinette serves on the Board of Advisors of the Chicago Real Estate Private Equity Network (CREPE), a networking organization catering exclusively to the next generation of real estate private equity professionals in Chicago.
William Edge - Vice President
Mr. Edge joined Incubation Capital Partners in 2017, and focuses on distribution, manager underwriting and selection, business development, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Incucap, Mr. Edge was an Investment Analyst at Alignium, LLC (F.K.A. RVK, Real Estate Consulting Group), where his primary job functions included performance reporting, manager due diligence, client servicing, and business development. Prior to joining Alignium, he was an International Business Consultant at The University of Iowa’s Institute for International Business, where he helped local Iowa companies expand their businesses globally, as well as a Portfolio Analyst Intern for Principal Real Estate Investors, where he worked for a $4 billion portfolio of retail and student housing assets.
Mr. Edge holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa. In addition, Mr. Edge serves on the Board of Advisors of the Chicago Real Estate Private Equity Network (CREPE), a networking organization catering exclusively to the next generation of real estate private equity professionals in Chicago. Mr. Edge holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Denys Vasylechko - Analyst
Mr. Vasylechko joined Incubation Capital Partners in 2019, and focuses on project management, manager underwriting and selection, and business development.
Prior to joining Incucap, Mr. Vasylechko was an Analyst at Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting (“AHIC”), where his primary job functions included performance reporting, client servicing, and business development. Prior to joining AHIC, he served as Vice President of DENMAX Corp., a family owned real estate development company that primarily focuses on the development of single-family homes in Chicago, and was a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he helped manage a $4 billion portfolio of renewable energy assets.
Mr. Vasylechko holds a BS in Honors Finance from DePaul University.
Thomas Boytinck - Allegro Advisors
Mr. Boytinck is the founder of Allegro Advisors, a capital raising and advisory firm for real estate owners and developers, as well as managing member of Allegro Securities LLC, the firm’s broker-dealer affiliate. Since inception, Allegro has raised approximately $2 billion of capital for fund managers and operators around the globe.
Prior to founding Allegro in 2005, Mr. Boytinck was Global Head of Real Estate Investment for Deutsche Bank’s $200 billion AUM Private Wealth Management unit, where he placed equity of over $800 million in US, European and Asian property investments with investors domiciled in approximately 25 countries. Mr. Boytinck also was a director of acquisitions and portfolio management at Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for a $900 million portfolio of office, retail and industrial property in the US and Japan. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2001, Mr. Boytinck was a real estate investment banker for 10 years at Wells Hill Partners in New York, where he completed transactions involving property valued in excess of $1 billion.
Mr. Boytinck graduated from Columbia University in New York, and has been an adjunct assistant professor of finance of its Master’s in Real Estate Development Program since 2002. Mr. Boytinck holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses.
