Berkeley Partners (“Berkeley”), a leading real estate investment manager focused on the industrial sector, recently held a final close for Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund VI, LP (“Fund VI” or the “Fund”) with $610.5 million of commitments inclusive of sidecar capital, significantly surpassing its $500 million fundraising target. Fund VI received institutional support from a diverse roster of limited partners, including consultants, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, and multi-family offices.
Fund VI will continue Berkeley’s strategy of executing middle-market investments in the light industrial sector that appeal to a diversified tenant base. Berkeley generally targets buildings that range in size from 50,000 – 250,000 square feet and are located in supply-constrained, select growth and gateway markets in the United States.
Incubation Capital Partners (“Incucap”) served as the exclusive capital advisor.
